- You affirm that you are in good physical condition and do not suffer from any known disability or condition that would prevent or limit your participation in yoga classes or workshops.
- You understand that yoga involves physical exertion and acknowledge that all exercises are performed at your own risk. You agree to inform your instructor of any injuries or health concerns prior to class.
- Elysian Hatha and its instructors are not medical professionals. Any advice given is not a substitute for medical advice. You should consult with your healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program.
- By participating, you release Elysian Hatha, its instructors, and employees from any liability for injury or damages incurred during participation in classes or workshops.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our online platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and course materials, is the property of Elysian Hatha or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
